The Journey of Kings BBQ & Catering: From Passion to Perfection.My passion for cooking found me over the years as I began grilling and smoking meat for family and friends. In 2017, I attempted my first brisket and missed the mark, but I enjoyed the process and was determined to perfect it. After a few tries, I succeeded, cooking a brisket for our family Thanksgiving dinner that everyone raved about. Starting with a tent pop-up, I received amazing feedback, which inspired me to start a food trailer. Following a major surgery in 2022, I prayed for healing and promised to give my all to my BBQ craft. With no carpentry knowledge, I built my own food trailer from scratch. By January 2024, Kings BBQ & Catering became a licensed food service trailer. We are ready to serve some of the best BBQs, sharing our passion and perfected craft with you all.
